Maine Savings Amphitheater Seating Chart

Maine Savings Amphitheater Seating Chart

For most events and concerts at Maine Savings Amphitheater, seating is divided into three sections of reserved seating and a general admission lawn space in the rear. This arrangement allows for up to 15,000 spectators to enjoy the show with plenty of room to enjoy the music while still having space.

Standard seating is outdoor amphitheater style seating designed to be sturdy and comfortable all year round.

Accessibility seating is available between sections one and two in a limited first-come-first-served fashion.

As mentioned, the Maine Savings Amphitheater can hold around 15,000 guests. The seating is split into three sections and consists of general admission lawn space in the rear and reserved seating near the stage.

Seating on the general admission lawn space works on a first-come, first-served basis. It is advised that you arrive as early as possible if you want to get a good place on the lawn. The reserved seating area features specific, ticketed seats closer to the stage, but they are more expensive than general lawn seating.

The configuration of the seating can change from event to event, so be sure to check the individual seating chart when you are choosing your tickets. You can also look at the general seating chart on the Maine Savings Amphitheater website

Accessibility

The Maine Savings Amphitheater offers a range of features to make the venue as accessible as possible for those with disabilities and special needs. Let’s take a look at some of the ADA-friendly features implemented at the amphitheater.

Accessible parking

Accessible parking spaces can be found along Front Street in Bangor. There are also spaces around the Bangor waterfront, but they are limited. You will need a handicapped license plate or plaque card to park there.

Shuttles are available from the handicapped parking area to transport guests to and from the venue.

Accessible seating

Accessible seating is available in the venue, though you will need to use a filter and select ‘Show Accessible Seating’ when purchasing tickets to find it. Be aware that the seats marked as ‘Semi-Ambulatory Seats’ are not wheelchair friendly.

When you have purchased an accessible seat, you will also be able to buy a companion seat. Guests can buy up to three companion seats alongside an accessible seat.

If you find that you have purchased a non-accessible seat, but are in need of an accessible one, contact the Box Office. If possible, they will relocate you to a designated wheelchair location. You can call the Box Office at 207-358-9327 or email them at [email protected].

Service animals

Service animals, such as guide dogs, are the only animals allowed in the Maine Savings Amphitheater. These animals must abide by the ADA definition of a service animal. Emotional support animals or pets do not qualify as service animals.

Sign language interpreters

Sign language interpreters are available when requested, but they can only be provided with at least four weeks’ notice. Whether an interpreter can be hired for the event you plan to attend will also depend on the availability of the interpreter in question.

To request a sign language interpreter, email the Box Office at [email protected].

NOTE: Seating configuration may change based on the type of event. Always check the individual seating map when selecting your tickets.
